7006L15PFI8 Overview

This chip has an 128Kb 16K x 8 size of memory on it, so a lot of data can be stored on it. This device utilizes a SRAM format memory which is of mainstream design. -40°C~85°C TA is an extended operating temperature range, making this device ideal for demanding applications. The device is capable of handling a supply voltage of 4.5V~5.5V. A Surface Mount mounting type is recommended for this product.
