7006S55PFI Overview

There is a Volatile memory type associated with this device. In addition, memory ics is available in a Tray case as well. As you can see, it is embedded in 64-LQFP case. Suitable for use in a wide range of demanding applications, this device offers an extended operating temperature range of -40°C~85°C TA.
