7024L25PFI Overview

A Volatile-type memory can be classified as the memory type of this device. The case comes in the Tray style. It is available in 100-LQFP case. This chip has an 64Kb 4K x 16 size of memory on it, so a lot of data can be stored on it. SRAM-format memory is used in this device, which is a mainstream design. Due to its wide operating temperature range, this device can be used in a wide variety of demanding applications. It is capable of handling a voltage supply of 4.5V~5.5V. It is recommended that the mounting type be Surface Mount.
