7024S15PF8 Overview

A Volatile-type memory can be classified as the memory type of this device. It is available in a case with a Tape & Reel (TR) shape. An embedded 100-LQFP case surrounds memory ics. The memory size of the chip is 64Kb 4K x 16 Mb. There is a SRAM-format memory used in this device, which is the memory format used by mainstream devices. Suitable for use in a wide range of demanding applications, this device offers an extended operating temperature range of 0°C~70°C TA. The device is capable of handling a supply voltage of 4.5V~5.5V volts. As far as the mounting type is concerned, Surface Mount is recommended.
