7025L55PFI Overview

A Volatile-type memory can be classified as the memory type of this device. In addition, memory ics is available in a Tray case as well. It is available in 100-LQFP case. There is 128Kb 8K x 16 of memory on the chip. As with most mainstream devices, this one uses SRAM-format memory. Featuring an extended operating temperature range of -40°C~85°C TA, this device allows it to be used in a variety of demanding applications. The supply voltage can be up to 4.5V~5.5V. It is recommended that the mounting type be Surface Mount.
