There is a Volatile memory type associated with this device. In addition, memory ics is available in a Tape & Reel (TR) case as well. Embedded in the 64-LQFP case, memory ics is a single file. The memory size of the chip is 128Kb 16K x 8 Mb. As with most mainstream devices, this one uses SRAM-format memory. Due to its wide operating temperature range, this device can be used in a wide variety of demanding applications. With 3V~3.6V as the supply voltage, it is capable of handling memory ics.
