70V06S45PF Overview

There is a Volatile memory type associated with this device. Tray-cases are available. 64-LQFP case encloses it. A memory chip with a capacity of 128Kb 16K x 8 is used on this device. The device uses a mainstream SRAM-format memory. 0°C~70°C TA is an extended operating temperature range, making this device ideal for demanding applications. There is a voltage range of 3V~3.6V for the supply voltage. It is recommended to mount it in the Surface Mount mounting type.
