A Volatile-type memory can be classified as the memory type of this device. In addition, memory ics is available in a Tray case as well. It is available in 64-LQFP case. There is an 16Kb 2K x 8 memory capacity on the chip. Memory data is stored in SRAM-format, which is common in mainstream devices.
