Clock ICs are packaged using the Tube method. 8-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) contains this Clock PLL. As the Clock PLL's input, Crystal is designed to be used in order to generate the clock signal. Thanks to the Surface Mount, this electric component can be conveniently installed on the panel. As far as the supply voltage is concerned, clock PLL can be used with 3.3V.
