As a clock IC, it uses the Tray package. The 40-VFQFN Exposed Pad package includes this clock generator. As the Clock PLL's input, HCSL, LVDS, LVHSTL, LVPECL, Crystal is designed to be used in order to generate the clock signal. A total of 1 circuits are implemented to access the full performance of the electrical part. The frequency generator has a maximum frequency of 250MHz. Thanks to the Surface Mount, this electric component can easily be installed on a panel. As long as you provide 2.375V~3.465V supply voltage, it will work. The temperature should be set at -40°C~85°C to ensure reliable performance. A frequency synthesizer which is compatible with the LVCMOS, LVTTL logic levels is presented here. This clock generator is a member of FemtoClock? NG series.
