8516FY Overview

A 48-LQFP case is used for packaging. There is a case available for the circuit clock in Tray. Normal operation is limited to 700MHz. As far as I can tell, it is mounted by Surface Mount. Electronic parts classified as Fanout Buffer (Distribution) are considered to be safety components. Temperature 0°C~70°C is recommended for reliable performance. It should be able to work with a power source of 3.135V~3.465VV. The output of it is LVDS. This is a member of the ICS8516 family.
