A 48-TQFP Exposed Pad case is used for packaging. There is a Tray packaged with it. For normal operation, 500MHz is the maximum value. The circuit clock is mounted on Surface Mount. A classification of Fanout Buffer (Distribution) is assigned to this electronic part. Setting the temperature to 0°C~70°C ensures reliable performance.
