8725AY-01 Overview

As a clock IC, PLLs is packaged using the Bulk method. Embedded in the 32-LQFP package is this Clock PLL. This Clock PLL will be fed by HCSL, HSTL, LVDS, LVPECL, SSTL as its input. There are 1 circuits implemented in order to achieve full performance from this electronic part. A clock-based RF synthesizer that provides a max frequency of 700MHz is available. Because of the Surface Mount, clock PLL can be easily mounted on the panel. Clock generators should operate with the voltage supply of 3.135V~3.465V. Statistics suggest that the ambient temperature be set at 0°C~70°C TA, which is what is estimated by the test. There are several logic levels in HSTL logic that can be used with this clock generator. As far as electrical parts go, this component can be classified as a Clock Generator component.
