8735BKI-21LF Overview

A clock integrated circuit is packaged in a Tray-shaped package because it is for use as a clock. This clock generator is embedded in the 32-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. This Clock PLL will be fed by HCSL, LVDS, LVHSTL, LVPECL as its input. For full access to the electronic component's capabilities, 1 circuits are implemented. RF synthesizers based on this clock provide frequencies up to 700MHz maximum. PLL clock is mounted in the way of Surface Mount. Clock generator ic works with 3.135V~3.465V. The ambient temperature should be set at -40°C~85°C, which is estimated by the test statistics. LVPECL logic levels are supported by this RF synthesizer.
