8745BMI-21LF Overview

Clock ICs are packaged using the Tube method. Clock PLL is embedded in the 20-SOIC (0.295, 7.50mm Width) package. This Clock PLL will be fed by HCSL, LVDS, LVHSTL, LVPECL, SSTL as its input. An implementation of 1 circuits is required in order to fully utili1e the capabilities of the electrical part. The frequency generator has a maximum frequency of 700MHz. This component can be conveniently installed on the panel thanks to the Surface Mount. There should be 3.135V~3.465V provided with this RF synthesizer. By calculating the test statistics, -40°C~85°C is the appropriate ambient temperature. A frequency synthesizer which is compatible with the LVDS logic levels is presented here.
