As a clock IC, PLLs is packaged using the Tray method. Clock PLL is embedded in the 32-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. In this case, Crystal is designed to be the input of the clock generator. There are 1 circuits implemented in order to achieve full performance from this electronic part. An up to 50MHz frequency is provided by this clock-based RF synthesizer.
