This clock IC is packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method. In the 32-VFQFN Exposed Pad package, there is an embedded clock generator. This Clock PLL will be fed by HCSL, LVDS, LVPECL as its input. 1 circuits are used to achieve clock PLL's superior flexibility. There is a maximum frequency of 100MHz Max with this clock-based frequency generator. Because of the Surface Mount, clock PLL can be easily mounted on the panel. Clock generators should operate with the voltage supply of 2.375V~3.465V. As determined by the test statistics, the ambient temperature should be set to -40°C~85°C. There are several logic levels in LVDS, LVPECL logic that can be used with this clock generator. A member of the FemtoClock? NG series, this electronic component is made of plastic.
