As a clock IC, PLLs is packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method. In the 32-VFQFN Exposed Pad package, there is an embedded clock generator. It is designed that the Clock PLL's input should be HCSL, LVDS, LVPECL. For full access to the electronic component's capabilities, 1 circuits are implemented. RF synthesizers based on this clock provide frequencies up to 300MHz maximum. The Surface Mount allows this electrical component to be easily installed on the panel. As long as there are 2.375V~3.465V supply voltages provided, clock generator ic should work. As determined by the test statistics, the ambient temperature should be set to -40°C~85°C.
