As a clock IC, it is packaged by the Tape & Reel (TR) method. The 32-VFQFN Exposed Pad package includes this clock generator. As the Clock PLL's input, Crystal is designed to be used in order to generate the clock signal. For a full understanding of the electronic part's performance, 1 circuits are implemented. 250MHz is the maximal value for normal operation. Thanks to the Surface Mount, this electric component can be conveniently installed on the panel. As far as the supply voltage is concerned, clock PLL can be used with 2.375V~3.465V.
