As a clock IC, PLLs is packaged using the Tray method. This clock generator is embedded in the 40-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. In this case, Crystal is designed to be the input of the clock generator. 1 circuits are used to achieve clock PLL's superior flexibility. An up to 156.25MHz frequency is provided by this clock-based RF synthesizer. PLL clock is mounted in the way of Surface Mount. There are 2.375V~3.465V different supply voltages that can be provided for this RF synthesizer. Based on the test statistics, an ambient temperature of -40°C~85°C should be set. LVPECL logic levels are supported by this RF synthesizer. FemtoClock? NG series electronic parts are included in this product.
