Clock ICs are packaged using the Tray method. In the 40-VFQFN Exposed Pad package, there is an embedded clock generator. HCSL, LVDS, LVHSTL, LVPECL, Crystal is designed for clock generator's input. Using 1 circuits, the electronic part's full performance can be accessed. RF synthesizers based on this clock provide frequencies up to 622.08MHz maximum.
