In order to package it as a clock IC, the Tape & Reel (TR) package is used. A Clock PLL is included with the 40-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. As the Clock PLL's input, HCSL, LVDS, LVHSTL, LVPECL is designed to be used in order to generate the clock signal.
