As a clock IC, PLLs is packaged using the Tray method. The 48-VFQFN Exposed Pad package includes this clock generator. In this case, HCSL, LVDS, LVHSTL, LVPECL, Crystal is designed to be the input of the clock generator. There are 1 circuits implemented in order to achieve full performance from this electronic part. RF synthesizers based on this clock provide frequencies up to 133.33MHz maximum. With the Surface Mount, it is easy to install this electric component on the panel. As far as the supply voltage is concerned, clock PLL can be used with 2.375V~3.465V. As determined by the test statistics, the ambient temperature should be set to -40°C~85°C.
