Clock ICs are packaged using the Tray method. There is a clock generator embedded in the 40-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. It is designed that the Clock PLL's input should be LVCMOS, LVDS, LVHSTL, LVPECL, Crystal. There are 1 circuits implemented in order to achieve full performance from this electronic part. RF synthesizers based on this clock provide frequencies up to 1GHz maximum. Thanks to the Surface Mount, this electric component can easily be installed on a panel. As far as the supply voltage is concerned, clock PLL can be used with 2.375V~3.465V. The temperature should be set at -40°C~85°C to ensure reliable performance. HCSL, LVCMOS, LVDS, LVPECL logic levels are supported by this RF synthesizer. There are a number of electronic parts in the FemtoClock? NG series, including this one.
