The Tape & Reel (TR) method is used for packaging clock ICs. 56-VFQFN Exposed Pad contains this Clock PLL. In this clock generator, Crystal is used as the input to the clock. It is possible to access the full performance of the electrical part by implementing 1 circuits. A clock-based RF synthesizer that provides a max frequency of 1GHz is available. Surface Mount-slots make it easy to mount this electronic component on panels. As long as there are 2.375V~3.465V supply voltages provided, clock generator ic should work. Test statistics estimate a temperature of -40°C~85°C, which should be set as the ambient temperature. A frequency synthesizer which is compatible with the LVCMOS, LVPECL logic levels is presented here. This electronic part is a member of the FemtoClock? NG series.
