8T49N445-999ASGI Overview

As a clock IC, it is packaged by the Tray method. The 80-LBGA package contains this clock generator. This Clock PLL will be fed by HCSL, LVDS, LVHSTL, LVPECL as its input. An implementation of 1 circuits is required in order to fully utili1e the capabilities of the electrical part. An up to 622.08MHz frequency is provided by this clock-based RF synthesizer. This component can be conveniently installed on the panel thanks to the Surface Mount. Clock PLL works with 2.375V~2.625V supply voltage provided. Based on the test statistics, an ambient temperature of -40°C~85°C should be set. The frequency synthesizer in this product is compatible with all levels of LVDS logic. This clock generator is a member of FemtoClock? NG series.
