The Tape & Reel (TR) method is used for packaging clock ICs. This clock generator is embedded in the 32-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. There is a Clock PLL called Crystal which is designed to be the input to this clock generator. An implementation of 1 circuits is required in order to fully utili1e the capabilities of the electrical part. An upper frequency limit of 48MHz Max can be achieved with this clock-based frequency synthesizer. PLL clock is mounted in the way of Surface Mount. Clock generator ic works with 3.135V~3.465V. Based on the test statistics, an ambient temperature of 0°C~70°C should be set. There are several logic levels in Clock logic that can be used with this clock generator.
