As a clock IC, it uses the Tray package. In the 72-VFQFN Exposed Pad package, there is an embedded clock generator. A clock generator's input is called HCSL and it is designed as the input for this clock generator. To access the electronic component's full performance, 1 circuits are implemented. An upper frequency limit of 400MHz Max can be achieved with this clock-based frequency synthesizer. Because of the Surface Mount, clock PLL can be easily mounted on the panel. This clock PLL works with a supply voltage of 3.135V~3.465V. Based on test statistics, ambient temperature should be set at -40°C~85°C.
