The linear amplifier is packaged in a 32-VFQFN Exposed Pad case which makes it easy for the consumer to handle. Op amps are Buffer types of amplifier on the chip. It comes in a Tape & Reel (TR) case, which protects instrumentation amplifier from damage during delivery. This electronic part is best mounted with type Surface Mount.
