EL7515IYZ Overview
A Tube package is used in this voltage regulator to optimize performance. A voltage regulator consists of 10 terminations. There are two types of analog ICs in this voltage regulator 12v: SWITCHING REGULATOR ICs, which are the ones used in older voltage regulator 12vs. Space-saving 10-TFSOP, 10-MSOP (0.118, 3.00mm Width) packages are available for this harley voltage regulator. 1 outputs have been configured in the voltage regulator 12v. Adjusting voltage regulator's output pins generate Adjustable output. A voltage regulator 12v such as this one fits the Surface Mount mounting bracket. During switching regulator operation, the operating temperature should remain at -40°C~85°C TA. Voltage regulator's switching frequency reaches 670kHz~1.2MHz. Input voltage 1.8V is the dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage required for operation of the voltage regulators. As a result, the output voltage of the voltage regulator 12v (Min/Fixed) is 4.5V. DC DC switching regulator's 1A Switch output current allows for maximum design flexibility. The maximum input voltage of voltage regulator is 13.2V. An input voltage of 5V is required for switching regulator operation. As part of the EL7515 series of regulators, the voltage regulators can be found. There is a possibility that DC DC switching regulator can give voltage at 17V volts. With a frequency of 670kHz, dc to dc voltage regulator maintains high accuracy.
