EL7535IYZ-T13 Overview
It uses the Tape & Reel (TR) package in order to optimize the performance of this voltage regulator. Throughout this voltage regulator, there are 10 terminations. There are two types of analog ICs on this voltage regulator. The first type is a SWITCHING REGULATOR-type IC. Due to DC DC switching regulator's space saving design, this voltage regulator is available in a 10-TFSOP, 10-MSOP (0.118, 3.00mm Width) package. There are 1 outputs configured on this voltage regulator 12v. As you can see, this DC DC switching regulator generates Adjustable output on its output pins. As the name implies, this voltage regulator 12v is designed for mounting on a Surface Mount bracket. As long as its operating temperature is -40°C~85°C TA, dc to dc voltage regulator should perform well. Voltage regulator's switching frequency reaches 1.4MHz. Input voltage 2.5V is the dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage required for operation of the voltage regulators. The adjusting voltage regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) is 0.8V. Featuring a maximum design flexibility of 350mA, dc to dc voltage regulator has a maximum output current of 350mA. 6V volts is DC DC switching regulator's maximum input voltage. Its NOT SPECIFIED peak reflow temperature makes this regulator essentially indestructible. To meet the switching regulator operation requirements, a nominal input voltage of 3.3V is provided. This DC/DC regulator belongs to the EL7535 family. The adjusting voltage regulator's output voltage is maintain at 1.8V. Based on the maximal adjusting voltage regulator's output voltage of 5.5V, adjusting voltage regulator can be operated easily.
