EL7562CUZ-T13 Overview
It uses the Tape & Reel (TR) package in order to optimize the performance of this voltage regulator. In this voltage regulator, there are a total of 16 terminations. There are two types of analog ICs in this voltage regulator 12v: SWITCHING REGULATOR ICs, which are the ones used in older voltage regulator 12vs. The space-saving 16-SSOP (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package is available for this voltage regulator. 1 outputs of voltage regulator are configured. The adjusting voltage regulator generates Adjustable output. As the name implies, this voltage regulator 12v is designed for mounting on a Surface Mount bracket. During switching regulator operation, the operating temperature should remain at 0°C~70°C TA. A DC-DC switching regulator such as this one switches at 200kHz~1MHz. Voltage regulators like this one can operate at least with 4.5V as the dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage. The adjusting voltage regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) is 1V.
