HIP4080AIB Overview

For greater flexibility, the 20-SOIC (0.295, 7.50mm Width) package is adopted.There is a package in the form of Tube.Configuration is supported by 4 drivers.It's mounted on the way to Surface Mount.In the absence of a power supply voltage of 9.5V~15V V, it is able to demonstrate its superiority.A gate type of N-Channel MOSFET has been used in its design.-40°C~125°C TJ is the allowed temperature range for this device.Non-Inverting is used as the input type in this program.You will find various related parts under the base part number HIP4080A.As its interface IC, FULL BRIDGE BASED MOSFET DRIVER is being employed.The board has a total of 20 component pins.Ideally, the high-side voltage should not exceed 95V.
