HIP4083ABZ Overview

In order to increase flexibility, the package 16-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) is used.Tube is the packaging method.There are 3 drivers installed for this device.Surface Mount is mounted in the way of the device.In the absence of a 7V~15V supply voltage, it can demonstrate its superiority.There is a gate type of N-Channel MOSFET in this design.This device allows temperatures in the range of -40°C~150°C TJ.This program uses the input type of Inverting.Numerous related parts can be found under its base part number HIP4083.The interface IC is referred to as HALF BRIDGE BASED MOSFET DRIVER.The board contains 16 pins for component connections.Mosfet driver is possible to set the high-side voltage - Max (Bootstrap) to 95V.
