ICL7660SCBA-T Overview

It is designed to provide optimal performance by utilizing the Tape & Reel (TR) package. In this voltage regulator, there are a total of 8 terminations. There is a SWITCHED CAPACITOR CONVERTER type analog IC in this voltage regulator 12v that is used to convey analog signals. The harley voltage regulator is available as a 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package to save space. A total of 1 outputs are configured in this voltage regulator. Fixed outputs are generated on the output pins of this adjusting voltage regulator. There is a switching regulator that is compatible with the Surface Mount mounting. When operating, adjusting voltage regulator's operating temperature should be kept at 0°C~70°C TA. There is a switching frequency of 10kHz~35kHz for this voltage regulator 12v. The voltage regulator can operate with a dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage of 1.5V. The output voltage (Min/Fixed) of this voltage regulator 12v is -Vin 2Vin.
