ICL7660SIBAZ Overview

Using the Tube package, this voltage regulator optimizes the performance of the voltage regulator 12v. In this voltage regulator, there are a total of 8 terminations. As this regulator voltage is equipped with an analog IC of the type SWITCHED CAPACITOR CONVERTER, it is a SWITCHED CAPACITOR CONVERTER-type voltage regulator. The harley voltage regulator is available as a 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package to save space. The voltage regulator is configured with 1 outputs. On the output pins of this DC DC switching regulator, there is a Fixed output generated. Surface Mount-mounting is compatible with this switching regulator. Voltage of voltage regulator can be delivered at 22.8V volts. A dc to dc voltage regulator's frequency of 35kHz is sufficient for maintaining high accuracy.
