ICL8069CCZR Overview

An easy-to-use TO-226-3, TO-92-3 (TO-226AA) package is used.The handy Shunt package is used in this program.For precise voltage reference, use -2.44% +1.63% tolerance.There is an analog IC coupled to the reference voltage TWO TERMINAL VOLTAGE REFERENCE.Input can be entered into Fixed forms.The PCB design can be made more demanding by using Through Hole.Worked within 0°C~70°C TA.You can find other relevant parts by searching "ICL8069".For applications with 5mA inputs, the reference voltage is suitable.A cathode current of 50μA is generally considered to be correct.Voltage 1.2V is generated as a fixed/minimum value.
