ICS180M-51 Overview

This clock IC is packaged using the Tube method. Clock PLL is embedded in the 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package. Clock, Crystal is designed for clock generator's input. For full access to the electronic component's capabilities, 1 circuits are implemented. An up to 28MHz frequency is provided by this clock-based RF synthesizer. Thanks to the Surface Mount, this electric component can easily be installed on a panel. As long as you provide 3.135V~5.5V supply voltage, it will work.
