ICS270PGT Overview

In order to package it as a clock IC, the Tape & Reel (TR) package is used. Clock PLL is embedded in the 20-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package. In this clock generator, Crystal is used as the input to the clock. To access the electronic component's full performance, 1 circuits are implemented. RF synthesizers based on this clock provide frequencies up to 200MHz maximum. PLL clock is mounted in the way of Surface Mount. As long as you provide 3.135V~3.465V supply voltage, it will work.
