ICS290PGI Overview

It is packaged using the Tube method since it is a clock IC. There is a clock generator embedded in the 20-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package. Clock, Crystal is designed as this clock generator's input. There are 1 circuits implemented in order to achieve full performance from this electronic part. An up to 200MHz frequency is provided by this clock-based RF synthesizer. Because of the Surface Mount, clock PLL can be easily mounted on the panel. As long as there are 3.135V~3.465V supply voltages provided, clock generator ic should work. Statistics suggest that the ambient temperature be set at -40°C~85°C, which is what is estimated by the test. CMOS is designed for clock generator's output.
