ICS502M Overview

The Tube method is used for packaging clock ICs. The 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package includes this clock generator. There is a Clock PLL called Clock, Crystal which is designed to be the input to this clock generator. 1 circuits are used to achieve clock PLL's superior flexibility. It provides a maximum frequency of 190MHz. Surface Mount-slots make it easy to mount this electronic component on panels. There should be 3V~5.5V provided with this RF synthesizer. By calculating the test statistics, 0°C~70°C is the appropriate ambient temperature. A frequency synthesizer which is compatible with the CMOS logic levels is presented here.
