ICS527R-02T Overview


The Tape & Reel (TR) method is used for packaging clock ICs. A Clock PLL is included with the 28-SSOP (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package. In this case, PECL is designed to be the input of the clock generator. An implementation of 1 circuits is required in order to fully utili1e the capabilities of the electrical part. RF synthesizers based on this clock provide frequencies up to 160MHz maximum. The Surface Mount allows the electrical component to be installed conveniently on the panel. Clock generators should operate with the voltage supply of 3.135V~3.465V. The ambient temperature should be set at 0°C~70°C, which is estimated by the test statistics.
