IDT23S05-1HDCI Overview
In order to package it as a clock IC, the Tube package is used. The 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package includes this clock generator. The input of this clock generator is designed to be LVTTL. 1 circuits are used to achieve clock PLL's superior flexibility. RF synthesizers based on this clock provide frequencies up to 133MHz maximum. This component can be conveniently installed on the panel thanks to the Surface Mount. This clock PLL works with a supply voltage of 3V~3.6V. Test statistics estimate a temperature of -40°C~85°C, which should be set as the ambient temperature.
