ISL3295EFHZ-T Description


ISL3295EFHZ-T developed by Renesas Electronics America Inc. is a type of ±16.5kV HBM ESD Protected (7kV IEC61000 contact), single transmitter powered by 3.0V to 5.5V. It is specifically designed for balanced communication according to the RS-485 and RS-422 standards. Based on its very low output leakage current (±40µA), the ISL3295EFHZ-T transmitter presents less than a “1/8 unit load” to the RS-485 bus. The Tx outputs is kept in a high impedance state while the power supply stabilizes due to the Hot Plug circuitry.
