ISL34321INZ Overview

Serializer/Deserializer comes in a Tray case.This product comes packaged in a 48-TQFP Exposed Pad case as shown in the picture.Serializer/Deserializer is recommended to use the Surface Mount type of mounting.Temperature range varies with -40°C~85°C TA operating temperature range.As far as the supply output is concerned, the chip has a 1.7V~1.9V volt output.An input box is provided for the user to fill out in the LVCMOS, LVTTL form.ICs with LVCMOS, LVTTL outputs are recognized.There are 16/1 inputs to operate.In addition to maintaining 1/16 outputs, the device can also generate DC outputs.Using the ISL34321 family, you can search for parts that are related.Parts with INTERFACE CIRCUIT interface ICs can be classified as INTERFACE CIRCUIT interface ICs.
