For greater flexibility, the 8-VQFN Exposed Pad package is adopted.A packaging method of Tube is used.For its configuration, it incorporates 2 drivers.Surface Mount is mounted in the way.Using a 4.5V~5.5V supply voltage, gate drivers is capable of demonstrating Gate driverss superiorGate driversy.Gate type N-Channel MOSFET has been used in its design.Temperature range -10°C~125°C TJ is allowed for this device.A type of Non-Inverting is used for input in this program.Its configuration is based on a total of 8 terminations.Mosfet driver contains a variety of related parts under Mosfet drivers base part number ISL6208.In addition, it is specifically designed to operate with a supply voltage of 5V.A total of 8 pins are available for component connections.A high-side voltage can be set up to 33V (Bootstrap).
