ISL6310IRZ-T Overview

The system supports a total of 1 outputs. The rectifier regulator is packaged in 32-VFQFN Exposed Pad to facilitate transportation. Currently, Tape & Reel (TR) packages are available for shipping. An output voltage of 0.6V~2.3V is provided by this power supply regulator. It has a mounting type of Surface Mount. The shunt regulator is intended for use in applications such as Controller, DDR and others. It is recommended that the operating temperature be set to -40°C~85°C in order to prevent malfunctions. The external regulator is designed to operate at a voltage of 5V~12V. The part has been well received as a SWITCHING CONTROLLER voltage regulator.
