ISL6326BCRZ-TS2701 Overview

With a 40-VFQFN Exposed Pad package, the switching controller is suitable for a wide range of applications. 4 outputs are supported by the dc motor controller. PWM Signal dc switching's outputs (s) are supported. dc control's supply and operating voltages are 4.75V~5.25V. Worked in a 0°C~70°C TA dc switcher before. In this switching controller, the switch can be set to 80kHz~1MHz. To provide efficient switching control, Enable, Frequency Control, Soft Start is included in the dcdc regulator.
