ISL6328IRZ-T Overview

Currently, it supports a total of 2 outputs. The rectifier regulator is packaged in 48-VFQFN Exposed Pad for ease of transportation. Ready for shipping in Tape & Reel (TR) package. The general voltage output of this power supply regulator is 0.0125V~1.55V. For easy adaptability, there is a universal mount Surface Mount. The electrical regulator is targeted at Controller, AMD SVI and other applications. As a precaution, it is recommended to set the operating temperature to -40°C~85°C to prevent malfunctions.
