ISL6341IRZ Overview
This switching controller fits most application requirements since it is packaged in a 10-WFDFN Exposed Pad package. There is sufficient capacity to generate switching controller for outputs 1. An enclosure of Tube is used to package the PMIC. It is capable of handling Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s). The supply and operating voltage of the dc control are 4.5V~14.4V. Qualified to work in a -40°C~85°C TA dc switcher. There is a switch at 300kHz that can be used with this controller. As it has a Surface Mount value, it can be used for general dc dc regulator. To provide efficient switching control, Enable, Phase Control, Power Good, Power on Reset is included in the dcdc regulator. SWITCHING CONTROLLER analog IC connects the switch converters. Other relevant dc to dc converter ics can be found by searching "ISL6341".
